Well, Ran intervals with my dog on Tuesday and Thursday and I am so hyped because for the first time, since track in jr high, running wasn't hard!!! It was challenging, but not dreadful like it used to be. I would guess this is from a combination of things - extra rest and food while recovering from surgery, better oxygen availability from sinus surgery, or something, and better asthma medication. and maybe my attitude is better? i don't know. Also, i used to run with my training partner, which meant no music, when I run with the dog I have my tunes and that makes a huge difference (HOuse of Pain, i can pretend I am one of those boxers i used to see early in the morning in NYC, shadow boxing while they ran) (Kiss of Death) Anyhow, I was and am still really pumped about the whole running with more ease thing!

Wednesday i walked the dog and in the evening Hubby and I rode our stationary bikes while playing the xbox. i need to get a better bike or a treadmill. I am riding a little fanbike because my hubby is too big for it and he is riding MY nice stationary bike... Not very challenging for me. Better than sitting on the couch, though.
Switched leg day to today because hubby had to spend the day yesterday working on my car and my legs were a litle sore from running.
It is snowing today and doesn't seem to have any plans to stop any time soon. Guess I will be shoveling snow tonight a well. That means upper body on Sunday instead of saturday, as this is heavy, wet snow and it will constitute a shoulder workout, believe me.
Leanred how to burn Cds, now i can make custom workout cds, so pumped!!!!!
Oh, did upper body Tuesday nioght - good workout, but fast (had a client coming and 1/2 hour to buzz through the workout):
warm up, 3 sets of push-ups to failure (which, at this point is an embarrassingly short time), alteranted dips and lat pull downs, then alternated low cable crossovers (simulated with tubing anchored on the bottom of the bench) with seated rows, worked in some back extensions, and client arrived. Still - felt those dips the next day!!!!
