So far, so good

Well, I have completed my first week of working out with this program. I feel pretty good overall. The diet seems to be ok, although I haven't kept real close track. Actually found out that protein powder is pretty good, which really surprised me. Looking forward to seeing what my weight is tomorrow morning. Hopefully down a little.
