So far so good???
So I am really happy with the way my exercise is going however, I had a bad(ish) day today with food...
Still not eating properly, I didn't have anything except water until someone at work bought me a snickers bar (8 points) and then came home to a big plate of Chilli (which I can't point cuz the other half made it and didn't write the ingredients down) and 120g of french stick with 20g clover and then I have just had a buttons cornetto (it is star week and i am craving). So this is the first time this week I will have used my weekly points or exercise points so I am just going to make sure that I don't use anymore LOL I want weight loss on Monday goddammit!!!
