So happy to be working out again...must not overtrain!

I find myself energetic and chomping at the bit to do more than I know I should.. I am skeptical about the FT program how can this possibly be enough?? Must keep myself from overdoing it.
My legs are satisfactorily sore todya, especially my a-- and hamstrings (thank you SLDL)!
Today I warmed up, did chest and a little abs (still sore from Mnday and did some in class yesterday). Decided to not do cardio today, except I will walk the dog later.
Todays wokout (so short! can it possibly be enough?)
Smith Machine Incline Presses
12repsX70lbs (I don't know what the bar really weighs, so this is just the amount of weight put on)

Flat DB Flyes

a few lazy crunches, lying leg curls and bicycles.
Stretched for 20 minutes, legs needed that!
Tomorrow is back day, it looks short also...maybe they will ad in some exercises each week as I go??
