So so day...not sure I really earned my protein pancakes...

I did make it back for cardio last night...yea...as did Maricela and Josie. They spent an hour on the upright bikes---boring! I spent 35 minutes on the treadmill alternating slow jog, walking on a steep incline and high intensity intervals to keep from dying of boredom without my Ipod. And still I haven't charged it.

This morning I was the only one who showed. I did abs, followed by 5 minutes on the treadmill, which was just about all I could stand. I played with the rowing machine but I don't get how to make it feel like work. I felt like a little kid playing in a sandbox.

for abs:
double crunches: 3 sets 20 each.
leg raises: 10x4,10x4 (med ball between ankles)
hanging knee tucks: 3 sets, 20,15,15
obliques: balanced in a jacknife position, holding 6 lb. med ball and twisting from side to side. What are these called? Anyway, 3 sets of 14 (7 each side).

I also attempted pullups on a real bar with bent knees and a girl in the gym assisting--I managed 2 sets of 4 and 3. I want to do a pull up, damn it!
