Some decent ab work

I've been a little too lax with abs...decided to really focus. After 30 minutes in spin class (well 40, but the chick that does this class is always late getting started), did abs:

3 sets ball crunches with 8 lb. med ball x 20 ea.
3 sets leg tucks x 20 ea.
I attempted hanging knee lifts...did about six twice. My arms gave out. I need those arm sling thingies. Anyway, my abs feel like they got some work.

Last night took my daughter to dinner at Chili's for a late 21st birthday celebration and watched her order a drink for the first time. Well, not HER first time, my first time watching her. She went to a bar at midnight on her birthday. My son tagged along for the free meal...and besides I still owed him for his February birthday.

Anyway, I ordered the firecracker tilapia, which was not bad. They served tons of broccoli with it and a small portion of rich, which would have been swell had I not also partaken in the spinach-artichoke dip and tortilla chips. Ah well, it was a celebration, so I didn't feel really guilty. Isn't that one of the reasons I work my ass off?
