Sore

So the 10000 Swing Challenge is over... and I have some sore fingers... I'm guessing it's from the stress of the weight of the bell... so, I will lay off the pulling/swinging type of activity as best as I can for the next while. Gonna be tough with classes to teach. 

Anyhoo.... I've been contemplating incorporating free weights back in... I did so a year and a half ago, or so... and I based a routine on this image: 



We'll see how it goes and what I can come up with based on that picture.  It's called the RKC Conceptual Map.  And as it appears, everything is based upon the Swing. 

Now to just let my fingers become pain free!
