Sore shoulder

Today I did chest / biceps in accordance with week 5 of the 12 week mass program. My right shoulder became sore, although I did push on through the workout. Still sore later in the day. Need to find more time to do cardio still. Felt good otherwise.

    Good job! It is hard to find time to fit the cardio in. I guess it is simply a matter of getting up 20 to 30 minutes earlier. You can do it!
