sore shoulders

man are my shoulders sore monday I really hit it hard on hi pulls 10-40, 10-50, 10-55, 8-55 and standing shoulder machine 20-90, 15-140, 6-180, 5-180, 2-230, 1-230 back shoulder frontpull 12-70, 6-115, 4-160, 1-205 and standing dumbell shoulder shrug 10-80eachhand 10-80, 8-95# this was on monday 3-31-08 and rode 10mile 40mins and swam 1/2mile, Tuesday well today 40min 10mile on bike swam 1mile and worked on back and forearms.
