Soreness :)

I don't know if I am the only one, but I love that sore feeling you get after your workout. That feeling is what pushes me to want to go at it again the next day. I strive for that feeling and if I don't feel sore I feel like I didn't push myself far enough that day. I am young and in pretty good shape, but it is easy to fall out of the habit of working out. I don't want that to be me. I am a very positive person so I look at it like a privilege to be able to workout. :)
