...played a bit of catch up today... did the abs I was supposed to do yesterday...
Crunches: 15x50/15x50/15x50
Leg Raises: 15x5/15x5/15x5 (only have the 2, 2.5 pound leg weights...)
Seated Twists: 15x75/15x75/15x75
