And some DB curls 3 sets

Highlights: I hit a ASPR and really had more in me to go higher but held off....the last three sets killed me!

Lowlights: I squatted with Tien a guy I really do not like but he is 160lbs and right now is lifting more than I can, well except for squats LOL. He got 315 last night and it really pissed me off LOL.
