Squishy bootie

So..my coworkers are a bunch of fanny slappers...and one has taken to calling me squishy bootie.And she has passed this knick name on to the rest.So everyone is now calling me squishy bootie...not my favorite knick name...I liked Ksizzle much better...SOOOOOOO....Im gonna get my squishy bootie in gear and start my workouts again.
warm up
20 jumping jacks
20 second pogo hop
sumo squat jumps 15
skater slide 20 seconds
3 sets(superset)
run in place 45 seconds
15 pushups(girlie style)
3 sets
jumpsquats 15
lunges 10 reps per side
3 sets 8lb DB(8 lbs was plenty come the 3rd set)
superset 12 reps
deltoid lift
military press
3 supersets 8lbs 12 reps
lying tricep extension
benchpress(with out a bench..or bar...just DB)
flys(dont remember what to call this stuff)
I can not BEGIN to describe my COMPLETE dislike for ab work

crunches 25
bicycle crunch 25 per side
2 supersets
single leg squat 10 reps per side
jumprope 1 min(still amazes me how hard this is)
working on water intake. Diet has some flaws...major issue is I dont eat enough,not so much what I eat.
They are opening a gym down the road from me in a couple months...I'm excited about that.
