!st day on a new fitness plan

Here I sit...48 years young, out of shape and about 20 lbs overwieght.. It's not that I lack motivation...I've already lost 15 lbs this year. I watch what I eat and exercise fairly regularly. I've been following the PINK method but lately it seems to be a struggle to maintain my current weight. Perhaps age and hormones are the cause of this stall but the stall is causing a lack of motivation. Vicious circle. So Wednesday, my husband and I are going to join the locak Anytime Fitness gym. Hopefully having him with me will help encourage me. Today I plan to complete the workout that I have normally been doing, walk my dogs twice as long as usual (provided it stops raining) and continue to watch what I eat. My goal is to 12 lbs lighter by the end of June and another 8 lbs gone by the end of July. Mini-goals..sometimes I think I make my goals a bit unreasonable therefore the mini-goal :-)
