So I have tried twice to get motivated, but now I seem to have a better handle on this.
I joined a local cmmunity cente and have even moivated my daughter togo wth me.
So now I have completed 2 mass work out programs, I'm feeling awesome right now, my arms are much more defined my chest is a bit thicker, my legs are much stronger. Here is how I finished, leg press 600 lbs, squats 245 lbs, bench 155lbs. I am now doing the gym workout, letting my body calm down but I have not given up on my bench, I can do better. It's a lifestyle change, nothing more. I eat balanced meals and have dropped about 10 lbs. now at 165. But sitting at a desk all day had to stop, I just get up and go to gym. I have one at work and I am still a member of community center. Just do it. You'll thank yourself later. Good luck to all!
