start of the mass building

Ok been about a month or so since I came back. I have reached a point in my lifting where I am very close to or past my strength when i ended back in july. That being said I am starting a routine that is closer to a true powerlifting routine. I will not completely stop doing the extra non powerlifting exercise, just tone them down. Instead I will focus on the major mass building ones. Example..bench will be 1-2 progressivly heavier wamr up sets and then 4-5 main sets using a rep scheme of 6644. I will do just plain mass build ing ones for arms as well..close grip and Skull krushers for tri and bar bell curls and dbell curls for Bi. I also will be adding 2-3 HIIT bike rides a week....this week it will be 2x. I will let you all know in the coming months how this works out.
