So I wasn't so happy about myself a month ago. I had been really depressed for two months and hadn't done any exercise for 8-10 months. I bought a membership card to the gym. I did add more vegetables to my diet. Now 31 day later I have lost 20 lbs... I was 176 have gone to 156lbs. I'm feeling great and I'm just starting, and in this month I have gone daily but not on weekends, just haven't had the chance. I also had to take a 5 day break when I did go on a trip with my family.
So I went from being 5,5 ft. and 176 lbs. to 5,5 ft. and 156 lbs.
