Started today...
Started FT.com today for the workout component. Currently, I'm using an accelerated nutrition program for complementing my workout program. Today I started the nutrition program:
WAKE-UP at 0633
12 oz. white green tea
2 metabolife tabs
BREAKFAST at 0815
1 lrg banana
Protein shake (8oz skim milk, 8oz h20, 1 scoop whey)
YOGA at 1100 - 1 hour class
1 hydroxycut water mix
A.M. SNACK at 1240
2 metabolife tabs
h20
LUNCH at 1320
Protein shake (8oz skim milk, 8oz h20, 1 scoop whey, apple)
TENNIS at 1350 - 1 hour
DINNER at 1800
1 nutrisystem dinner
2 sl whole grain bread @ w/1 t. pb
1 can V8
1 jello sf moose
