Started yesterday, Be gentle with an old man

I am starting the 20 minute full body workout. I have never worked out regularly in my 50 years of living. I was raised on the farm and just working and playing, maybe a scuffle or 2 took care the fitness thing. That was then. 50 lbs overweight but down 13 (219).
Crunches x20
Leg raises x20
Lunges x20 (frigging sore now)
Pansy push ups x20
Wide Grip pull downs x20 @ 70lbs
Lat raises x20 @ 10lbs
DB curls x12 @ 15lbs
Tri Push downs 12 @ 50lbs
Cardio 5 min Elipt, 10 min treadmill, 5 min bike, 5 min rope rowing.
I know this is a wienie workout but by posting here it will motivate me to improve. I am working out alone so you will be the motivation.
Above x 4 days a week is the plan.
