today is day one of my workout plan. Lose inches of waist and tighten those legs,abs and thighs. Did a full body workout, 30 minutes cardio, and then swarm down streching session. Feeling good!
Start weight: 126 pounds
Usure of inches start, could not find a tape measure. Should probably buy one haha.
