starting AGAIN

I steped on the scale on 1/10 12 and gained 10# in the last 2 months, NEED to exercise and watch what I'm eating. would really like to lose 20# by the end of March. Yes that is a reasonable goal for me. Started with 40 min.on treadmill 1/10/12 and lots of protien foods. 1/11/12 Did band exercise program in morning, now another 40 min. on tread at work.
