Starting back into it...yet again...
Last week was a CRAZY week with kids back in school, tons of lunch/work commitments etc. So, this is the week I get back into my workout routine-I hope. I've been trying to figure out how to best fit in my weight workout routine without over taxing my system with all of my other activities and here is what I'm going to try for the next few weeks:
Mondays: Occational lunch Cycle(20km) or roller blade / 8pm Masters Swimming
Tuesday: Noon-Yoga@Work / wts in the evening
Wed: 8pm masters swim
Thursday: Noon-Pilates@work / wts in the evening
Friday: No workout
Saturday: workout with buddy-spin class or outdoor cycle
Sunday: leisure exercice with family.
So today it'll be my first masters swim in over a month--that is unless my daughters volleyball conflicts with my swim time---rrggg.
Not sure how the evening workouts will go, and I still have to join my new gym first, but I'll give it a go and see how I feel.
