Starting my 12 week program!!

Today was my first day back in the gym after my week off. I felt really good. That week off did me some good. Here is my workout:

Legs and Abs

Squats
15x135
12x185
6x225
5x275

Handled that with no problem. I need to go up next time.

Leg presses
14x205
12x295
10x385
8x475

Whew I felt that! Still need to go up next time.

Seated calf raises
20 x 1 plate
10 x 2 plates
10 x 3 plates
10 x 4 plates


Abs

All exercises were 2 sets of 15

Twisting crunches
Hanging leg tucks
Swiss ball oblique crunch
Swiss ball side crunch
