Here I go starting over on a fresh start to avoid certain foods and to find motivation to get fit. At a Health place i had a body screen and wow did I find a lot about me. My good fats are where they should and even joint wise. My body mass was a 43 Percent and I need to be in the 30 percent.. Here i am motivated again to try to tone and lose just a few pounds in my tummy and butt area I dont want to lose motivation this time although sickness and my job as a nanny can be too tireing.
