Starting Over Again

I only had eight intermediate circuit training sessions for October. The last was on the 16th. A quite long break...

I just added the advanced circuit training on my calendar. And, wow! Only the abdominal workouts have a resting period between two sets. The "rest" are one set, 20 reps! 

In my previous program, I used 10-lbs dumbbells/plates. Now that I am starting over, and for routines that have more reps, I cannot imagine that I could perform the entire routine using those. Maybe, I would start with the lightest weight and progress bit by bit. Hopefully, the regularity of the workout would acclimatize my body but there could also be a burnout risk since I only have Sunday and Monday to rest - it is quite continuous. I will include rest days in between if I feel strained.

A start of a new journey for me.
