Starting to improve my life.

Im just staring my workouts. With the goals of loosing weight, making my ex jealous and to be healthy for my kids.

I have an on going issues with stress, depression, motivation and energy.

If your reading this please do me a favor and follow my progress. Also if i dont post anything about my workouts weekly, please send me messages to keep my mind on track.

I am sick of starting things and giving up after a few. I know it takes time to see progress, i also know i tend to give up easily.

So in hopes of having a few or more little Jimmy crickets on my shoulder keeping me on track will help.
