starting to see progress

Great work out yesterday. I was pressed for time so I skipped the 25 min cardio, ab work out, and inner thigh machine. I am starting to see progress through increasing my work out weights. This is incouraging considering I'm only working out twice a week.
I've been very sensative to my shoulder. If I feel any pain then I stop. I'm not pushing my shoulder work out.
