Starting tomorrow

Because I'm 65 with health and joint issues, I plan to start with a very easy routine, picking only the exercises that won't hurt me. For example, right now, I cannot do any form of a squat, but I can exercises that don't stress my knees.
I'll add squats to my goals list.
I just have to be careful, so I don't end up not being able to do anything at all.
