smith machine incline press: stay at 100

replaced machine wide bench press with dumbell pec fly
-raise from 40
-remember to bend elbows

shoulder shrugs
-raise from 60

replaced rear deltoid row with upright row

keep upright row at 40

tricep pull keep at 30

one arm cable pushdown
-raise from 10

machine crunches
-stay at 50
