I feel like I can't change the outside of me until I change/improve the inside. I'm starting by cleaning my room from top to bottem and then keeping it clean. Leaving all my lazy habbits outside my door. I am also giving up looking for quick fixes. I spend hours dreaming about being thin and wearing clothes I can't wear atm, or searching "how to lose 3 stone in 2 months" its just not ideal. I want to feel good inside and out. I'd like to try a detox, prefrably just a 2 day one as I don't think I could go without food for much longer...or yoga/ I want to try Yoga so much but I'm scared I won't be good at it and look like a fool...basically I am looking for something that will help my mind rest.
Yes once your mind accepts what you want to do it should be easier! And try yoga, do it for yourself and have fun! Don't worry about what others think. I use to worry about taking my shirt off when I would go for walks or jogs when the sun was out and it was super hot last summer..I finally just did and and I ended up with the best tan of my life ;) It's about your happiness!!
