still at it

muscles getting bigger and getting stronger still 5 days strength training and 7 days 8 mile bike rides. can't get rid of the man boobs and belly and triceps arm fat fast enough but still going.
met a workout buddy at the gym so we motivate each other. well he is more advanced than I am so I basically just ask him questions.
I just want to see more definition, I don't need to be ripped although I would like to be but I don't think I will get there so I just want to be a little defined with some muscle tone.
If I could fix my diet I would see so much more results so much faster. less carbs more protein and fruits and veggies. i don't really eat junk food but sometimes I give in to my salty and sweet cravings.
