Jogged 20 mins again. No pain, other than feeling uncomfortable from eating a really large lunch. I need to start lifting to get the body I want. The weight is coming off, but I want a tight athletic body, and for me, lifting is the way to go. I'm happy the extra pounds are inching off, just need to incorporate the weights. 183 and on schedule.
