leg press 315x10 325x10 325x8
romain deadlifts on a box 95x10 95x9 95x8
lunges with DB 30x10 30x10 30x10
hamstring curls 50x13
DB calf raise 50x14 50x13 50x13
That was my workout and today is thursday and I am still sore...but I love it
