Still suffereing from Tuesday's workout

I miss one leg workout and my body behaves as if I am at square one. Not only was my Tuesday workout a struggle, DOMS has set in and I am walking as if I am crippled. At least I know what muscles I worked...but sheesh, I thought these days were behind me.
Warmups: assisted pullups...10x-80,10x-70,8x-60,8x-60
Bentover BB rows: 12x75,10x75,8x75
Narrow Grip Pulldowns: 12x90,10x100,7x110
SLDL: 12x95,10x95,8x105 (last set without straps, mixed grip, confirmed that 8 is pretty much my limit before my grip gives out)
back extension: 3 sets, 12xBW,12xBW,12x10 (someone had left a 10 lb. plate behind and I just scooped it up and used it). I really hate these.
No cardio this week for some reason. Yesterday I got on a recumbent bike for five minutes, then just had to get off. A good after workout stretch is taking priority right now. Diet is going very well.
