i have done all kinds of exercise and have failed im 44yrs old and feel like im older then that i m tired of looking the way i look fat and old !i wish to loose about 40 to 50pounds but i start ok and in the middel i stop!
I am no guru but I have went from over 330 to 269 in less then a year..Walking had a huge part in it..and also training my mind to eat more small meals instead of waiting and killing it on dinner late at night..Or if I do eat more of something I make sure its something healthier..Good luck on your journey
