Strong leg day

First, i must apologize for not logging all of last week, it was a haze because of the amounts of tests etc i had.

Todays leg day:
Legpresses
14R * 50lbs
12R * 70lbs
10R * 90lbs
10R * 140lbs
These sets were pretty easy to complete, definitely gonna step it up next week...my knee felt good today

Barbell Squats:
15R * 50lbs
12R * 70lbs
10R * 90lbs
8R * 120lbs
Legs felt good, became fatigued on the last set, so im going to use this weight again next week and maybe step it up after that.

Seated Hamstring Curl
15R * 80lbs
12R * 100lbs
10R * 120lbs
8R * 160lbs
Wow, hams burned like crazy after these...feels good :-)

Calf Raises on a Leg Press Machine
20R * 50lbs
10R * 90lbs
10R * 180lbs
10R * 360lbs
Felt great, im thinking about alternating toes facing inward/outward to attack my calves from different angles.

And from what hec has mentioned, i believe the sled weighs 115lbs (thats also what the people at the gym figured)

And just because i wanted to do it again to make sure i could
Seated Leg Extensions:
3R * 329lbs
it BURNED, but i got it up slowly and controlled, all the way to a straigh leg...let it back down slowly. However, i did have to use the seatbelt to keep me in the chair...
