Warm Up: KB Warmup 4:00

Pullups: 8/7/6/5/5 was supposed to be 8/7/8/7/8

Manmakers:

20kg - 12:00
Work: 20-40s
Rest: 30-40s

Front Squats: 95x8x5

Roller & Stretch: 12:00

Thoughts: Overall, pretty good despite the challenge of the pullups. Guess I'll see how they go on the final day (the 14th).

I forgot how much of a full body workout the squats were.
