Warm Up: Joint Mobility - 8:30
Pullups: Supposed to be 8/9/10/11/12 - it was 8/7/5/5/5
Manmakers: 20kg bell. 12;00 minutes total varying in work and rest length. Spent time focusing on moving hips first at the end of the back swing.
Roller & Stretch: 16:30
Thoughts: Well, based on the first set of pullups, twenty in a row should be interesting on Monday. ha! We'll see how it goes. There is definately some strength being built there, though.
Swings were okay today. I'm focusing on the hip thrust and getting the hips to move forward first. Seems to engage the abs more.
