Warm Up: 11:00 - joint mobility

10 TH Swing (24kg)
5 Goblet Squats (16kg)
Repeat for 30 minutes

Completed twelve rounds in 30:00

Roller & Stretch: 15:00

Thoughts: Felt good.. I like this, too. Fingers felt alright and I have been stretching them more.
