Body comp this morning - a false high I think because I had too much sodium and not enough water last night (out for mexican food with some friends)...so - next weekend I am sure it will be much better! Anyhow - the comp pissed me off so I lifted hard, lol.
Upper Body vertical dominant
Warm-up treadmill 5 minutes and light seated presses.
A Seated Chest Press 140X8, 160X6, 170X4, 180X4 I am running out of stack here, lol
B Wide grip pull-ups with 3 hold at top (these still suck, lol) 140X10, 130X8, 120X6, 120X5 1/2
C1 Seated lateral raise 15'sX10 for 4 sets
C2 Straight arm pull down 90X10 for 4 sets
D1 Close grip bench 140X8, 160X6, 170X4 for 2 sets
D2 DB hammer curl 30'sX8, 35'sX4 & 30'sX2, 35'sX4, 35'sX3 & 30'sX2
ABS
Crunches 25, 25
Oblique crunches 25, 25, 25, 25
Reverse crunches 25, 25
Treadmill walk, run, walk run, etc 20 minutes
We went to our health providers Health Fair today and got our blood lipid profiles/cholesterol and blood pressure checked - I am in the really good numbers on all of these things Even though my BMI is high :P
