Upper Body Vertical - A neat thing today - my daughter didn't have school so she came to the gym and walked on the treadmill (the promise of being able to watch cartoons while walking convinced her) and then she even did some supervised weight lifting Proud Mama
Warm-up 5 minutes treadmill, 2 sets 15 push-ups
A Seated chest press 145X8, 170X5 (a little overambitious), 180X4, 180X4
B Wide grip pull-up pause for 3 at the top (these weren't as hard today )
140X10, 130X8, 120X6, 120X6
C1 seated lateral 15'sx10, 20'sX8X3 sets
C2 Staright arm pulldown 90X10X2 sets, 95X10, 100X10
D1 Close grip bench press 140X8, 160X6, 170X5, 170X4
D2 Hammer DB curls 30'sX6, 35'sX6, 35'sX6, 35'sX5
My daughter and I did some partnered abs, crunches passing a ball and standing passing over and under - total 60 reps and some crunches 25, 25 and some oblique wiggles 25, 25 and some leg lifts 25 (she didn't do as many reps, don't worry!)
I will do some cardio later Little bear was all poopd out by the end of our workout, so we went home to feed her
