Sully Plan, week 2, day 2 upper body horizontal

Today I was undecided about working out at home or going to the gym (9 below zero out today, blech)...but I decided that 1) I need a spotter on some things and 2) If I didn't go to the gym I wouldn't get out of the house at all today:help:
I was glad I went, Brian was there and not busy, so he spotted me on the bench and I found I was really fresh for both the workout and my cardio! Awesome workout today :)
Phase one, Sully Plan, week 2, day 2 Upper Body horizontal dominant
A Incline Press 115X8 (easy) :), 125X6, 135X6 :), 145X4 PR! :), 115X10
B Bentover row 140X8, 145X6, 155X5 :), 135X10
C1 WG bench to neck 135X8X4 sets strong :)
C2 Seated Low row to low abs 110X8, 115X8, 120X8X2 sets
D1 Decline Skullcrushers 55X8X3 sets, 55X6 pooped out :(
D2 BB curls 55X8X2 sets, 55X7X2 sets - I was doing hanging abs inbetween and I think that burnt my bi's out a little...
E Widegrip upright rows 50X12X3 sets
Abs:
slant board 20, 20
hanging straight 20, 20, side 20
bicycles 20
crunches 25, oblique crunches 20/side diamond crunches 20
side lying crunches 20
I had my shake while on the treadmill and did 20 minutes of intervals - walking, light run, all out run, wlak, etc. felt really good! Worn out but happy :)
