I had a really good workout today, although my muscles were sore due to getting back into a 6 day a week weight training routine. I have to say....man it feels great to be back in the GYM!!! :) Have a great week all!

5 min warm up on treadmill, level 5, 3.0 speed
30 MIN HIIT Stationary Bicycle, Level 2 Speed Intervals 60-100RPMs
