Slept in - bed felt like heaven last night.

1 scoop syntrax in coffee :0
4oz skim milk in coffee (really needed a pick-up this morning, trying to delay cardio....)
Cardio #1 Step aerobics 45 minutes total

Pancakes:
6 egg whites
1/3c oats
1/2c blueberries
1/4c walnuts
cinnamon, vanilla
SF syrup
3:00
1/2c rice
4oz extra lean beef
1/2c classico triple mushroom
5:45ish
Gyros meat, onion, tomato
TBSP yogurt sauce
salad:
lettuce, onion, sunflower seeds, garbanzo beans, carrot
vinegar & oil dressing (less than a TBSP)
1/2 a baked potato
7:00 cardio turbo jam 20 minute workout
Still terribly full from dinner :( I probably won't have snack tonight.
Things I did right today...
1) Really cranky today for some reason..did my cardio anyways. That is it today.
