I took the day off from cardio on SUnday - I was really exhausted and cranky, felt that rest and relaxation would be best.

Sunday Food - not too bad..

8:30
Pancakes:
1/3c oats
1 sclice dried mango, chopped
1/4c pecans (all out of walnuts)
6 egg whites
2 tbsp coconut milk
SF syrup

11:00
Isopure in crystal lite

2:00
1 cornmeal pancake, SF syrup
spinach, onion and mushroom omelet with swiss cheese,
tomato and hot sauce

6:15
homemade chicken nuggets (shake n'bake, Walden Farms ranch, chicken breast)
oven fries - sweet potato and regular
asparagus

Bedtime, too lazy/tired to make a real snack, had a big spoonful of natty peanut butter.
