I rested again today - I figure if I lost 4 pounds last week without cardio on Sunday...
8:30
pancakes:
1/2c oats
1/4c bluberries
1/4c walnuts
cinnamon, vanilla, water
Sf syrup
11:30
chicken strips (homemade)
broccoli/sugar snap peas/carrot slices
Wf honey dijon
ovenfries
3:30
4oz extra lean beef
1/3c balck beans
salad greens
onion, pico de gallo
monterey jack cheese
7:00
Pizza:
1 lowfat flat bread (90 cal, 16g cho, 9g fiber, 9g pro, 2.5g fat)
1/3c classico triple mushroom
1/4c red.fat mozarella
sauteed mushrooms, onions (olive oil)
7 green olives, 1/2 tsp garlic
2 slices pepperoni, chopped
2/3 of a Jennie-o italian turkey sausage
SOOOO Good!
Snack - a little naughty - air=popped popcorn with real butter and sea salt!
Things I did right on Sunday:
1)Relaxed
2)Measured (yay progress!)
3) made healthier pizza for the whole family, instead of ordering Papa Johns Pizza.
