Sunday - and Monday

Sunday is an off-the-record day, I plead the 5th. But I will say that my legs hurt a lot! And I went and saw Rocky Balboa at the cheap theater - better than I thought. Totally unbelievable, but still a good flick.

Monday
AM cardio 26 minutes total HIIT 10 up intervals

Workout Chest and calves, sort of
warm-up, mopping and 3 sets 10 push-ups
Incline DB press 35'sX12, 40'sX10, 45'sX10 :0
Incline BB press 100X12, 115X8, 115X8
flat flyes 20'sX12, 25'sX12, 30'sX10
one-legged standing calf raise 20X12, 25X10, 30X10
seated calf raises - didn't happen! My thighs are so sore I couldn't push the pads up, I tried and tried and my brain and legs just said 'NO!', so I will tack them on another day.

PM cardio - immediately after workout 30 minutes total random program elliptical level 8

Food today - off schedule

1 scoop whey
coffee

crystal lite

11:00
chicken breast strips cooked in WF french dressing
1c cilantro rice

4;15
1 chicken breast & 1 wing
1/2c mashed potatoes
1c broccoli

(workout and cardio)

7:45 PWO shake:
2 scoops whey
crystal lite w/A,C,E
&gt;30g mixed cho
glutamine

I don't know if I will have a snack, if i do...eggs and onion.
