Sunday: Day 6> Week 5
-30 min. fast pace walking with Louie
Yesterday I spent all day outside working in the yard again, good workout LOL, was faithful all week and stuck to my WW diet, unfortunately I lost only 3lbs. I think that's because it's the time of the month and there is a lot of water retention right now :( My best friend is doing it with me this time and she lost 5lbs. Had only 1 true workout day this week in addition to my 6 walking sessions. Next week I'm shooting for at least 2. I'm taken small steps :)
Hope everyone else is doing great, I have so little time to read your logs and I haven't been to the forums in months :(
