Sunday: Day 7> Week 7
Friday I was so burned out, fell asleep and didn't workout at all. Yesterday we spent all day outside in our yard again working hard....
Well it had to happen, I lost 0lbs this week. I know my body is just adjusting to the new diet, so hopefully next week there will be a loss. I also only got 1 real workout in last week. Next week I will shot for 3. I'm going to start taking measurements again, but no matter what anyone says, even if I continue to lose inches but no lbs, there is no way that I should stay around 200lbs. So inches still mean very little to me. I want to get down to 170lbs!!! Only that will make me happy. And I WILL work for it :)
