Manmakers: 12:00 with the 16kg bell. Rest was anywhere from 15-30s
The following were the sets: 31/20/20/20/20/16/15/15/1 5/15/15/15/10 = 227 swings. Maybe a goal with the 16kg in 12:00 should be 300.
Thoughts: Back at it. Four days a week is the plan with the Program Minimum as prescribed. Just need to keep the diet clean(er) and all will be good.
